Rangers’ pulsating 6-3 win over Falkirk on Sunday afternoon continued the three-strong title race in the Scottish Premiership, in what has been the most exhilarating title battle for quite some time.

Only three teams can now win the title after Motherwell’s loss to Hearts on Saturday ensured they could not mathematically win an unlikely crown. That leaves it down to the two usual suspects in Rangers and Celtic – though still, amazingly, they both trail Hearts with Derek McInnes’ men continuing to win games.

Tynecastle has yet to see a home loss, but you would anticipate Celtic and Rangers will step up the pressure as they typically tend to do in these crunch scenarios.

And now ChatGPT has had its say on who will win the league in a vital month at the top end of the Scottish Premiership table.

Celtic lift a trophy GLASGOW, SCOTLAND – MAY 14: Celtic captain Callum McGregor is seen with the Cinch Premier League Trophy during the Cinch Scottish Premiership match between Celtic and Motherwell at Celtic Park on May 14, 2022 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Starting with the Scottish Premiership split, it’s important to note who has what fixtures. The regular season sees teams face one another three times, and if they face each other again in the split, the team who played at home once in those three fixtures gets to host their opponents at the crunch end of the campaign.

2. Rangers 33 +35 69

3. Celtic 33 +24 67

For Hearts, they’ll have to face local rivals Hibernian away from home, as well as Motherwell and Celtic – with only Rangers and Falkirk visiting the capital.

For Rangers, they’ll welcome Motherwell and Hibs to Ibrox – but away trips to Hearts, Celtic and Falkirk could see them come unstuck.

Celtic will have away clashes against Hibs and Motherwell. Crucially, that means that the Hoops have both games against their title rivals on home soil.AI Predicts Celtic Will Win the Scottish PremiershipMartin O’Neill

ChatGPT believes that, with the fixtures laid out, it’s Hearts who will come third. The AI engine reckons that, although they’ll beat Rangers, it’s the other fixtures in which they’ll come unstuck – with their only other win coming over basement boys, Falkirk.

Rangers pip them into second, ending up on the same points but amassing a better goal difference of just four, owing to predicted heavy wins over Falkirk and Motherwell at home.

2. Rangers 38 +34 78

3. Hearts 38 +31 78

Crucially, it’s Celtic who win the title, according to ChatGPT. The Hoops will go unbeaten throughout the rest of the campaign, with only a draw away to Motherwell stopping them from having a perfect record.

Rangers manager Danny Rohl smilesIn terms of the head-to-head games, it’s likely that the title will be decided in the ding-dong battles.

ChatGPT predicts Hearts to beat Rangers at Tynecastle in early May, whilst the Hoops are predicted to beat their Glaswegian rivals in the Old Firm derby just a week later.

The final day battle between Celtic and Hearts is also likely to have major implications on where the trophy ends up, regardless of the notion that both teams could be involved – and that will see Celtic win 2-0, according to ChatGPT.

Hearts could upset the apple cart for the first time in 42 years, becoming the first non-Glaswegian side to win the title in that time – but they’ll have to ride the final gauntlet and avoid late charges from Rangers and Celtic.
