It is believed that a promoted Premier League club needs around three seasons in the league to establish themselves \u2013 something Leeds United are working towards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Going into their second season in the top flight, there are already many questions facing the team and the players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last year saw massive investment in the summer transfer market, which brought 10 new players into the first team. Most of these signings made a huge impact and helped the club survive relegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daniel Farke also played a big part in this \u2013 he oversaw the turnaround in form late last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mick Brown of Football Insider believes that the Whites could take the next step by replacing one of last season\u2019s best players. He thinks the links to Ousmane Diomande could mean the end for Joe Rodon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDiomande is exactly the type of player Leeds have to be looking at, and he is at the top of their list\u201d Brown said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhen you look at their squad, they\u2019re missing a real outstanding player who you think is going to take them to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s fair to say their best player over the last couple of years has been Joe Rodon, since he joined the club he has been excellent and been a big part of their success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBut lets say he went somewhere else, would he improve a Premier League team and help them make that next step to qualify for Europe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That process sometimes involves replacing current options that have served the club well. Looking at this team, Rodon is not the clear cut option to be replaced going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
