McCoist names Rangers star as ‘best finisher’ at club

Ally McCoist has rated Bojan Miovski as the best finisher at Rangers – and reckons he will score goals for fun in training.

The Macedonian striker scored two goals as a second half substitute during the 6-3 comeback thumping of Falkirk on Sunday, after grabbing one of the bench against Dundee United to make it three in two games.

That’s 13 in all competitions for the season after a slow start which saw Youssef Chermiti emerge as the first pick striker and Ryan Naderi jump ahead of him after arriving in January.

Miovski could now have a big part to play in the title run-in after hitting form at the right time, and with Naderi injured.

McCoist, who knows a thing or two about scoring goals for the Ibrox side, is a big fan of the 26-year-old and thinks he is the best finisher at Rangers.

Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: “I actually think he’s the best finisher at the club. I bet you in training he’s one of these boys who finishes for fun, you know.”
