President Joe Biden will deliver an Oval Office address Wednesday night, and he’s expected to discuss his decision to bow out of his reelection bid, and on “what lies ahead” in his presidency

It will be the first time Biden has spoken publicly since dropping out of the race on Sunday. He will also deliver remarks for the first time since he tested positive for COVID last week.

Biden returned to the White House on Tuesday after testing negative for the virus. He had previously been at his beach home in Rehoboth, Delaware after his diagnosis.

The address will get underway at 7 p.m. Central Wednesday. In addition to streaming in the player above, the address will also air live on NBC Chicago and the NBC Chicago 24/7 News Streaming Channel.

One campaign email to supporters declared “KAMALA HARRIS IS BIDEN 2.0 – Kamala Harris owns Joe Biden’s terrible record because it is her record as well,” calling out high inflation and border policies, among other things.

Biden this week promised the staffers of his former campaign that he was still “going to be on the road” as he handed off the reins of the organization to Harris,
